Hello, I'm Dr Idrees Afzal, Sport and exercise scientist and Lecturer in Sport Performance and Coaching. I've been working for the last 10 years with various high performing professionals, teams and athletes across the UK and abroad.
During this time I have built a passion for supporting, connecting and building collaborations between diverse populations, this spans from international para-badminton players to surgeons and the list goes on...
I'm all about improving performance, lifestyle, health and wellbeing.
